Your return request is submitted within 30 days of the item’s delivery date.
The product received is defective, damaged during shipping, or incorrect (we sent the wrong item).
Note: Certain items may be marked as non-returnable, such as digital downloads, personalized/custom-made products, or items clearly marked as final sale (e.g., clearance items). Please check the product description before purchasing.
2. Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item and inspect it:
Approved Refunds: Will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Processing Time: Please allow 3–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account after processing. The timing depends on your bank or payment provider.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
We generally cannot offer refunds in the following situations:
Items returned after the 30-day return window has expired.
Items that show signs of use, damage caused by the customer, or are not in their original packaging/condition.
Final sale items, including clearance or heavily discounted merchandise (unless defective/damaged/incorrect).
